Cancelation policy.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to change. However, to ensure fairness to both our clients and our guides , we have established the following cancellation policy:

  1. Cancellation Timeframe:

    • We require a minimum notice of 24 hours to your scheduled tarot reading session for cancellations or rescheduling requests.

  2. Cancellation Procedure:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be communicated via email hi@beyonddivinelyguided.com to our customer support team.

    • Please provide your booking details and reason for cancellation or rescheduling when making your request.

  3. Late Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made within the specified cancellation timeframe may be subject to a

      50 % cancellation fee.

  4. No-Shows:

    • Failure to attend your scheduled tarot reading session without prior notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

  5. Refunds:

    • Refunds for cancelled sessions will be processed within 3 working  days of receiving your cancellation request, minus any applicable cancellation fees.

  6. Exceptions:

    • In the case of documented emergencies or extenuating circumstances, we may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.

  7. Rescheduling:

    • If you need to reschedule your tarot reading session, we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
